Changes Are Constant...

Nothing has been more true than the above thought. While the measurements on the health front was minimum (2.28% on weight - no change, 7.64% on fat content), it was big time on the job front. My boss left yesterday and the division is just waiting for things to settle. Changes are painful but certainly a part of our lives. Life goes on...

Not Bad For Week 1

2.28% on weight & 5.97% on fat percentage... This week will be tougher as I will be traveling... better bring my gym shoes!

What is it liked in Week 1?

First of all, it was the Biggest Loser Finals. I knew Ryan would win but certainly not by 37% weight loss. That was really inspiring. For me, it was 3 days of bicycle rides to work and 1 session in the gym. Let's me step on the weighing machine to see what is the progress.

Another New Year

Welcome 2006!!! (fireworks, drum, marching bands, etc. etc.). I start on my wellness program and did my benchmarking (101kg & 31.4% body fat). Last night was a great way to start this all with a countdown dinner with my loving wife and our best friends. Today, my life style changes... So here we go! (no turning back).... Good bye 2005 and Welcome 2006...
